TK Family Day at Lunch at Conway Academy is scheduled for
Friday, February 21st.
Family Day at Lunch is a day where families are invited to bring a store bought meal, homemade meal or purchase a school lunch here to enjoy.
TK Family Day at Lunch will take place in our MPR on
Friday, February 21st from
11:35 am - 12:15 pm.
*Food purchased outside or made at home will be for your student only and must not be shared with other students.
*We ask that younger sibling guests be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.
*Play equipment is for Conway students only.
*If rain is forecast this event will be rescheduled for a future date.
*Maximum 4 guests including children.
*Families of TK students are highly encouraged to pre-register no later than 12 pm on Thursday, February 20.

Dear 6th grade families. Don't miss an opportunity to sign up your student for 6th grade Camp Cuyamaca. This will be a 5 day, 4 night all expenses paid experience. Students will have a full camp experience which will include the following activities
Daytime:
- Nature studies
- One all-day adventure
- Rock climbing or archery
- geocaching
Nighttime:
- Campfire with singing
- Night hike with astronomy
- Talent show
6th Grade Camp at Cuyamaca Outdoor School

The Spring session of the after school enrichment programs are scheduled to begin on February 10th. If you would like your student to attend an after school enrichment program, please start by filling out the interest form here: https://tinyurl.com/fmmyxa9z . The deadline to fill out the interest form is January 27th. Please remember, filling out the interest form DOES NOT confirm enrollment. Your student will be provided with a permission slip after we receive an interest form submission.

- School Choice Intradistrict Transfers are approved on the basis of space availability at the school(s) of desired attendance.
- Submitting an application for School Choice does not guarantee enrollment in the desired school(s).
- Application will be included in a random, unbiased lottery drawing to be held in April. You will be notified by email regarding the results of the lottery.
- Your child’s application either will be approved or placed on a waiting list following the School Choice lottery.
- A separate application must be completed for each student who is applying for School Choice.
- A student who has a sibling(s) who is already attending a school of choice must also apply for School Choice and be approved in order to have the siblings attend the same choice school.
- Students who attend another school under the School Choice option are not provided transportation.
- School Choice Intradistrict transfers are valid only while conditions of the transfer are maintained. The transfer may be revoked by the granting district for failure to comply with expectations of attendance and positive behavior (e.g. chronic absenteeism, disciplinary events).
All schools are open today. We will continue to monitor the weather and power outages if and when they occur.
