How to Manually Delete Stuck (grayed out apps, installing…, or waiting…) iPad Apps

1. Tap on Settings

2. Tap on General

3. Tap on iPad Storage

4. Tap on the nonworking App. In this example, i-Ready.

5. Tap on Delete App.

6. Tap on Delete App again.

7. Go back into the Self Service app and reinstall the deleted app.

If the apps that are stuck are the ones that normally load automatically but are not available in Self Service this will not work.
